Fareham October Fest

Fareham Town Centre Management is working with a number of local organisations and businesses to create an October Fest during this Autumn's school half-term week Saturday 23rd to Saturday 30th October.

Local interest groups and performers have come together to create the following programme:

Saturday 23rd October 9.30am - 4.30pm Brand new '999' event
Come and have a look at a range of old and new fire engines, police cars and ambulances - maybe even get inside one and see what it feels like to be sat in the driving seat. There'll also be dancing demonstrations from local group Jive Riot and performances of The Wiz by STP Musicals of Southampton.

Monday 25th October 9am - 3pm Traditional Street Market

Wednesday 27th October 12noon - 2pm Dance Performances by Street Vibes Dance School

2pm - 4pm Music by the Portsmouth City Training Band

Thursday 28 October 9am -3pm Half-term Market with live animal farm from Kidsrome, Hampshire & Wight Trust for Maritime Archaeology Educational Bus and RSPB Date with Nature display with nest cam footage of goshawks, hobbies and other birds of prey.

Friday 29th October 2pm - 4pm Dance Performances by street dance group 2nd 2 Nun

Saturday 30th October 9am - 3pm Hampshire Country Market - for homemade cakes, plants etc

Sunday 31st October Popular and Classic Tunes by vocalist Sylvia Rota
